About me

My name is Usama Shahwani, and I am a dedicated professional with a strong background in data analysis and education. I hold a Master’s degree in English Literature, and I have been actively involved in both technical roles and teaching for the past few years.
Professionally, I work as a Data Analyst at the Health Sector Reform Unit HSRU under the Balochistan Human Capital Investment Project. I am also the lead trainer for the Supply Chain Management System SCMS across all districts of Balochistan, where I’ve successfully conducted training sessions for health officials, MSs, DHOs, and pharmacists in all 8 divisions.
In addition to my technical work, I am passionate about education. I work as a home tutor, primarily teaching English language and literature, and I thoroughly enjoy helping students improve their communication and academic skills. My teaching approach focuses on clarity, motivation, and building strong foundational knowledge.
I believe in continuous learning and sharing knowledge with others. Whether through technical systems o r classroom teaching, my goal is to contribute positively to my community and grow in both the education and public health sectors
